Technical Program Manager Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Experience: 12+ years Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in web development and cloud deployment to lead and drive high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Angular, React, Node.js, and Java , along with expertise in AWS deployment . Strong communication skills and client handling experience are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Project & Program Management : Lead technical programs from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals. Technical Leadership : Guide teams working on Angular, React, Node.js, and Java applications. Cloud Deployment : Oversee and optimize application deployment on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.). Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Risk & Issue Management : Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Agile & Scrum Practices : Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and clients effectively. Hands-on experience in Angular, React, Node.js, and Java . Experience with AWS deployment and cloud architecture. Ability to handle clients and manage technical discussions. Experience in Agile methodologies and program management . Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes . Familiarity with microservices architecture . Certification in AWS, PMP, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
