Technical Professional- Drilling Fluids

As a member of the team at our company, you will play a crucial role in the success of Baroid drilling fluids, completion fluids, and/or Surface Solutions projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking charge of the financial and technical aspects of the projects under your purview - Planning and executing all phases of the projects - Providing day-to-day technical support and maintaining communication with client counterparts - Developing and implementing system recommendations, work process procedures, and wellbore management practices - Supervising the Field Service Representatives or Service Supervisors assigned to your projects - Overseeing the post-well audit process and delivering all relevant information to the client - Assisting in training and mentoring Technical Professionals and Field Service Representatives and Service Supervisors - Contributing to budgetary decisions and impacting revenue center viability or service quality - Working primarily in an office environment Qualifications required for this role include a High School diploma or equivalent, an undergraduate degree is preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in rig site drilling fluids, completion fluids, or Surface Solutions management. This experience should encompass various aspects such as administration of rigsite operations, problem-solving abilities, development of recommendations for wellbore and waste management procedures, oversight of solids control equipment configuration, completion of post-well audits, and familiarity with the Halliburton SAP purchase order system.
