Technical Product Support

At BundleSuite, you’ll work directly with Shopify merchants, helping them get the most value from our app. You'll handle support conversations, onboard new users, and share insights that shape our product. If you’re tech-savvy, love solving problems, and want to make a real impact, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for users via chat, email, and calls.
• Troubleshoot product and setup issues with empathy and clear communication.
• Onboard and guide new users for smooth adoption and early wins.
• Recommend plans based on user needs.
• Create and maintain help articles, guides, and tutorials.
• Collect feedback and share insights with product and tech teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 6-12 months of experience in SaaS or e-commerce customer support/success.
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills — clear, kind, and professional.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
• Comfort with support tools (e.g., Intercom, Help Scout, Zendesk).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have direct experience with Shopify or supporting Shopify merchants.
• Understand e-commerce metrics (AOV, churn, conversion).
• Can translate tech jargon into simple, helpful language.
• Enjoy creating self-serve resources (docs, videos, tutorials).
