About the Job: Define and Manage Product Backlog: You will own the product backlog, ensuring clear, prioritized user stories and technical requirements aligned with business goals and development team capabilities. Collaborate with Stakeholders: You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of product vision and technical execution. Translate Business Goals into Technical Solutions: You will break down business objectives into detailed technical requirements, and user flows, ensuring feasibility and clarity for development teams. Drive Agile Development: You will lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to maintain focus on delivering iterative, high-value features and enhancements. Conduct Technical Feasibility Analysis: You will collaborate with developers and architects to assess technical risks, identify dependencies, and plan scalable, efficient solutions. Monitor Product Performance and Feedback: You will analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and system behavior post-launch to identify opportunities for optimization and future improvements. Oversee Product Lifecycle: You will manage all stages of the product lifecycle, from market research and technical prototyping to testing, UAT, final deployment and release. Stay Current with Industry Trends: You will research and integrate emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and best practices to maintain competitive differentiation and product excellence. Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (preferably computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field). Hands-on experience with technical product management or product ownership in a software development environment. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Strong technical background with familiarity in areas such as APIs, cloud platforms, or DevSecOps. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges. Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management or collaboration platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
