Technical Product Manager

Job Description

A Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required An MBA with a focus on Product Management, Technology, or Data Analytics is a plus Preferred qualifications include certifications in Agile, Scrum, Cloud Computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), or MLOps, demonstrating expertise in managing technical products effectively 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in DataOps, MLOps, cloud-based platforms, or automation-driven workflows Strong technical background with understanding in data pipelines, ML lifecycle management, and workflow orchestration Experience working with engineering, DevOps, and data science teams to build optimize CI/CD pipelines for data ML models Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, TensorFlow Serving, Airflow Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other product management tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge technical business teams Experience working with large-scale data workflows, ETL pipelines, and AI/ML model monitoring Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps best practices Prior experience in SaaS, AI-driven automation platforms, or data-driven products Define and execute the product roadmap for data processing, ML model deployment, and workflow automation Manage Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure Agile best practices Work with engineering and data science teams to optimize data pipelines, feature engineering, and model lifecycle automation Drive scalability, observability, and governance in data workflows and ML operations Translate business needs into user stories, technical requirements, and backlog priorities Track KPIs to measure efficiency, reliability, and adoption Conduct market research competitor analysis to identify industry trends Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and AI governance standards At Neuralix ai, We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of a scalable DataOps MLOps platform This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, and expertise in data workflows, automation, and ML model operations You will work closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to optimize data pipelines, ensure model reliability, and drive continuous integration and deployment
