Technical Operator

Role Overview: As a Technical Operator in the Nutraceutical Division, your main responsibility will be to handle and operate pharmaceutical machinery such as Sachet, Rotary, Tablet Compression, and Alu Alu Blister. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of these machines to maintain productivity and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor Sachet, Rotary, Tablet Compression, and Alu Alu Blister machinery. - Set up machines before production and conduct routine checks and maintenance. - Monitor production output to maintain consistent quality and compliance with GMP guidelines. - Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs to minimize downtime. - Maintain accurate documentation of machine operation and maintenance. - Collaborate with the maintenance and QA teams to facilitate a seamless workflow. - Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company SOPs. Qualifications Required: - B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm or relevant technical qualification. - 1 to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing. - Proficiency in operating the mentioned machinery. - Basic knowledge of GMP and safety standards. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle work pressure.,
