Role & responsibilities The Technical Operations Manager will oversee the technical and operational aspects of property management, ensuring that building systems, equipment, and infrastructure are efficiently maintained and operating at peak performance. This role involves leading a team of technicians, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, all while providing exceptional service to tenants and property owners. Preferred candidate profile Preferred Electrical Engineer Person Bachelors degree in Facilities , Engineering, Property Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager (CFM), LEED, HVAC, etc.) are a plus. Facility Management & Operations: Oversee and manage the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and other building systems. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and conduct regular inspections to ensure systems and equipment are in optimal working condition. Manage the performance of third-party contractors and service providers. Handle emergency and unscheduled repairs promptly to minimize downtime and disruption. Perks and benefits
