Technical Onboarding Coordinator

Job Description

Description of Position As a Technical Onboarding Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the implementation of the teams mission to build and maintain a supportive environment for new and existing users of Deluxe’s technology. In this role, your primary focus is to analyze client content and delivery requirements and translate them into software solutions and ensure proper onboarding, change management and creation of documentation for the Deluxe Localization and Fulfillment community. The position may work independently on requests or as directed by onboarding Engineering or Technical Project Management staff. The Technical Onboarding Coordinator will work with internal and external teams to ensure that data and requirements are accurate, timely, and structured properly for workflow automation. Primary Responsibilities Support technical on-boarding initiatives for client and data and asset management configurations on the platform(s) which drive the automation of end-to-end processing workflows Follow established workflows and SOP’s, in addition to being flexible and collaborate defining on new processes Provide timely, accurate, professional and responsive support, to internal and external customer/clients to resolve all issues reported and take proactive steps to prevent the conflict/problem from reoccurring Balance multiple requests at once, and prioritize items to meet deadlines Take on new assignments as dictated by Manager or Director, as well as proactively pick up open tickets and requests Documentation of workflows and processes Qualifications, Experience and Key Competencies: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Production or Post Production Studies or applicable equivalent experience Experience working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to engage with a culturally diverse, global team Balance multiple requests at once, and prioritize items to meet deadlines Ability to manage complex projects and tasks Ability to take ownership of tasks and/or issues Self starter with an ability to quickly learn complex technical aspects Prior Localization experience is a plus
