Role Overview: As a Technical Officer in the Paints division, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to both internal teams and external customers. Your role will involve ensuring the effective application of paint products and contributing to the development of new solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. * Training: Conduct training sessions for contractors and internal staff on product application techniques. * Product Development: Collaborate in the development and improvement of paint formulations. * Customer Interaction: * Provide on-site technical assistance and gather feedback for product enhancement. * Documentation: Maintain records of technical support activities and customer interactions. Qualifications: * B.Sc or B.Tech in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, or a related field. * 2–6 years of experience in the paint industry or a similar technical role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
