Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Mentor [Robotics] to join our team and help develop and implement our STEM education curriculum. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding students, assisting them in developing their technical skills and knowledge. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporating them into our curriculum. Job Responsibilities: Provide guidance and mentorship to students in grades K-12 Develop and implement technical training programs for our students Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in STEAM education Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative curriculum solutions Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the curriculum development team Participate in curriculum reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team Assist with program planning and management as needed Educational qualification: Diploma(CSE/ECE), Bsc(ECE), B.E/B.Tech(ECE/EIE/ISE/EEE) Skills required: Good interpersonal and communication skills Basic understanding of computers and electronics Basic programming knowledge Knowledge of Arduino programming Curiosity to learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching methodologies Passion for education and working with children Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick time Location Type: In-person Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Have you read the job role and are you prepared to undergo training?
