Job Description

Role Overview: You are being sought after for the position of Technical Manager/Architect at EZOPS, a fast-growing FinTech software company recently acquired by NeoXam. As a key member of the Product Engineering department, you will lead a dynamic R&D team with a focus on product development and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will include overseeing the entire process from design and specification to code quality, process integration, and delivery performance. Key Responsibilities: - Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, ensuring end-to-end problem resolution. - Coordinate and foster collaboration within a diverse team and across different departments, emphasizing operational excellence. - Actively participate in resolving technical issues during development and escalated client implementation and production issues. - Anticipate technical challenges and guide the team in making architectural choices to proactively address disruptions in the development process. - Possess proficiency in technologies such as Java17, Spring, SpringMVC, RESTful web services, Hibernate, RDBMS, Spring Security, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, JMeter, and Angular. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud technologies on at least one of the platforms AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Engage in the development of tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. - Collaborate closely with Product Management teams to design and develop business modules. - Promote and advocate for best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing practices, and documentation. - Provide vision leadership for the technology roadmap of EZOPS products, aligning technology with business objectives and maximizing ROI. - Define technical software architecture, lead the development of frameworks, and engage end-to-end in product development. - Research, design, and implement complex features for existing products or create new applications/components from scratch. - Coordinate with stakeholders and keep them informed on critical client/implementation issues. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and achieve broader organizational goals. - Proven leadership skills with product development experience preferred. - Engineering degree or equivalent. - Experience with frontend technologies like Angular or ReactJS is a plus. - Fintech or lending domain experience is advantageous but not necessary.
