Job Description

1. Strategic Planning 2. Sales & Marketing 3. Operations Good knowledge of Switching and Mikrotik. Good understanding of OLT, ONU, and ONT network. Basic knowledge of fiber connectivity. Able to analyze Wi-Fi-related issues. The ability to understand and read difficult situations and arrive at logical decisions. Manage all customer complaints in a timely manner. Keep inventory of network devices and coordinate for new devices if required. Coordinate with local staff for any technical issues. Maintain WAN and LAN network. Build a good relationship with customers and staff. 4. Human Resource Management Cooperate with HR for ensuring timely execution of performance management, rewards and recognition, employee engagement activities, and driving policies and procedures. Cooperate with HR on disciplinary action matters. 5. Administration 6. Budget Responsibilities 7. Environmental Condition Shall work within the premises of all Microscan. May need to travel to various office locations within/across cities at short notice. Skills and Qualifications Should have knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi language. Demonstrated passion for innovation and a sophisticated understanding of various Telecom/ISP systems. Must display initiative, ability to work independently, and be able to use extensive independent judgment. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
