Technical Manager

Broad details of job description is as below:

• Valuation of properties and preparation of reports for loan sanction purpose as per defined norms
• Coordination with different agencies and customers
• Inspection of under construction buildings for release of loan installments
• Build networks and develop awareness in the market in respect to prevailing bye-laws.
• Identification of properties and conducting market survey to understand prevailing land rates in the assigned region
• Visit property sites and take measurements and photographs with latitude & longitude
• Updating the stage-by-stage progress for under construction properties and maintaining the track of the same
• Scrutinize property related documents (layout / tax / electricity bill / moca report) for identification and ensure approved building maps
• D diting both internal & external reports to ensure highest valuation standards in the defined geography.

Preferred candidate profile

• Has previous experience in asset valuation in mortgage
• Understanding of property documentation like MOCA report, Nishandehi report from revenue department
• Understanding of property tax, route / layout plan, SHIZERA plan and permissible norms as per authority
• Understanding of mortgage related products and credit policies
• Regulatory, legal and compliance Knowledge relating to the mortgage industry
• Good articulation and communication skills

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech Civil
• 2-4 years of experience
