Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for maintenance of MEP ( Diesel Generators, HVAC, VRF systems , Elevators , STP , L.T H.T substations , Pump systems , FAS , CCTV & BMS ) Ensuring maintenance strategies and standard operating procedures to ensure smooth functioning of all the equipment. Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults Diagnosing, troubleshooting and fixing breakdown problems Replacing old defunct parts of all the machines and making sure equipment is working smoothly and efficiently Carrying out quality inspections on jobs Spare part management for tools and other materials necessary for maintenance Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs Improving health and safety policies and procedures Ensuring the uptime of the machinery and equipment Coordination in project executions. Preferred candidate profile University degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum 5+ years of experience in a large and professionally managed organization in similar capacity
