Role: Technical Leader (.NET, Angular/React, Azure, Microservices) Experience: 8 - 12 years of total experience in software development Location: Mumbai, India (Work from Office - All Days) Employment Type: Full-time Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Interview Process Round 1: Virtual Interview Final Round: In-Person Interview (If local, this will be in-person. The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leader with deep expertise in .NET technologies, Angular/React, Microservices, and Microsoft Azure. As a Technical Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications, and driving technical innovation across various projects. You will collaborate closely with architects and other stakeholders to implement scalable, efficient solutions, while actively mentoring team members and upholding technical excellence. Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Lead the development of applications using .NET Core, Angular/React, and Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring strict adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. Architecture & Design: Design and implement robust Microservices / Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), ensuring seamless integration of services and efficient data exchange. Cloud Deployment: Collaborate effectively with architects and cloud engineers to deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL, App Service, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure Storage, and NoSQL databases. Technical Excellence: Leverage in-depth knowledge of .NET Core, React, Angular, Azure, Microservices architecture, Azure DevOps, Code Review processes, and Application Performance Optimization to drive technical excellence and innovation within projects. CI/CD Management: Oversee the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (or similar tools), ensuring smooth integration, testing, and deployment processes. Mentorship & Optimization: Provide strong technical leadership to development teams by conducting thorough code reviews, effectively troubleshooting complex issues, and optimizing application performance for scalability and efficiency. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand project requirements and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that precisely meet business needs. Trend Awareness: Stay continuously updated with the latest technology trends, particularly in AI/ML, and proactively suggest relevant integrations into the existing technology stack. Coaching & Development: Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment that actively encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a closely related field. Overall Experience: 8 - 12 years of total experience in software development. Relevant Experience (Minimum): .NET: 8 Years Angular: 3 Years Azure: 3 Years Lead Experience: 2 Years Technical Expertise: Hands-on expertise in .NET Core, Angular/React, and Microsoft SQL Server. Strong understanding of Microservices and Service-Oriented Architecture design and implementation. Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL, App Service, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure Storage, and NoSQL databases. Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management using Azure DevOps and Git. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen focus on application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Emerging Trends: Knowledge of emerging technology trends, with a focus on AI/ML, is a significant plus. Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead development teams. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Innovation: A passion for innovation and continuous learning. Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of Tax/Audit, IRS will be a big plus. Stability: No gaps in organization.
