Overview

The Software area is responsible for the development of computer programming systems and applications including the design, coding, testing and deployment of products and solutions to meet firm obligations.

Responsibilities

Requirements:
Must have a strong foundation in Java platform and computer science fundamentals .
Strong technical background with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented Agile scrum environment .
Experience in designing and documenting software components that meet industry and organizational standards .
Ability to develop high-quality software components based on technical requirements and detailed designs .
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in core web development technologies, including Java 8, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Spring, and Hibernate .
Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL , or similar.
Expertise in Linux environments , with hands-on experience in shell scripting for automation and system tasks.
Ability to research technical solutions and recommend options with clear reasoning.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation, deployment and maintenance.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines is a must.
Must have a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
