Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Define and drive the technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams to ensure quality and scalability. Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform best practices and minimal customizations . Implementation Oversight: Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including Service Management (SM), HRSD, ITOM, and ITAM . Ensure seamless integration across modules and alignment with business needs. Work closely with offshore and onsite teams to drive consistent delivery. Customer Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure business value realization. Conduct show-and-tell sessions to demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities and solutions. Team Collaboration: Mentor and coach team members to improve technical skills and delivery standards. Be hands on developer. Thought Leadership: Provide insights on ServiceNow standard processes and technical strategies. Guide the development of a strategic roadmap for ServiceNow implementations. Promote the adoption of Out-of-the-Box (OOB) solutions and minimize customizations. Requirements Experience: 12+ years of overall experience in IT, with at least 8+ years in ServiceNow. Proven expertise in implementing ServiceNow modules, including SM, HRSD, ITOM and ITAM . Strong experience working with onsite and offshore delivery models . Ability to define technical solutions that align with business goals. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture. Experience with ServiceNow integrations, data models, and governance. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions. Soft Skills & Communication: Strong ability to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. Certifications: CIS ITSM, CIS HRSD, CIS – ITOM, and CIS – ITAM are highly preferred. CTA (Certified Technical Architect) is a plus. Location & Availability: Immediate to 30-day joiner .
