Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Technical Lead to lead our embedded engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the architecture, development, and delivery of cutting-edge firmware solutions. You will serve as the senior-most technical expert in client interactions and play a key role in mentoring internal teams to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end embedded firmware and hardware development for innovative product solutions.
Define and oversee system architecture, development roadmaps, and R&D strategy.,
Act as the senior technical representative in client meetings, providing expertise and guidance.
Review and validate design documents, schematics, and firmware/code developed by the team.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, software, QA, and manufacturing.
Ensure delivery of technically sound and production-ready solutions within project timelines.
Mentor, guide, and upskill internal technical teams, promoting a culture of engineering excellence.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in embedded systems, microcontrollers, RTOS, Linux, Android, C/C++, and board bring-up.
Experience in working with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, BLE, LoRa, ARM Cortex, MPU, Android/Yocto, ZephyrRTOS, FOTA, 4G/5G, MQTT, Modbus (RTU/TCP), Zigbee, FTP/RTPS/TCP-IP/UDP/Sockets, NB-IoT/CAT-M1/OCPP, DLMS.
Hands-on experience with tools such as logic analysers and firmware debugging tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.,
Ability to lead teams, make technical decisions, and drive execution with minimal supervision.,
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
