Technical Lead-QA

As a Technical Lead - Automation - Functional Testing at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases and scripts to ensure the functionality of software products and applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team is a key aspect of the role. Design and develop automation functional testing solutions using tools such as Selenium and Appium. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and design solutions that meet business needs. Configuration and deployment of automation functional testing solutions, along with troubleshooting technical issues as required, will be part of your responsibilities. Your role will also involve developing and maintaining documentation, including user guides and training materials. Proficiency in Automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium, knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript, and experience with Test Automation frameworks and best practices are essential for this position. Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies, excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly, and alignment with the company's long-term vision are crucial. Being open to new ideas, willingness to learn and develop new skills, ability to work well under pressure, and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role. Experience in BDD Cucumber will be an added advantage for this position.,
