Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java technical lead to guide our development team in architecting, designing, and delivering robust software solutions for the logistics industry. In this role, you will be responsible for setting technical direction, leading a team of developers, and ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development. Technical Strategy & Architecture: Architect and design scalable microservices-based applications tailored for logistics operations. Drive technical decision-making and establish coding standards and best practices. Development & Integration: Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Collaborate with product management, UX/UI teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance product functionality and performance. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous integration, testing, and delivery of software releases. Identify areas for process and performance improvement and implement strategies to optimize application performance and reliability. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of professional Java development experience, including proven leadership in a technical lead role. Strong expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture. Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a diverse technical team. Preferred Qualifications: BE / B. Tech in Computer Science / IT from a reputed institute. Experience in developing SaaS products and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of RESTful API development, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and integration of full-stack solutions. Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or Agile frameworks.
