As a Tech Lead with expertise in .NET technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading the development efforts for a product-based / SaaS platform in Chennai. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications. - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Participating in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. - Ensuring best practices in coding, security, performance, and scalability. - Reviewing code, enforcing coding standards, and driving quality delivery. - Collaborating with product managers, QA, and stakeholders. - Managing source code using GitHub and supporting CI / CD practices. To excel in this role, you should have strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET, proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, experience with ADO.NET for data access, strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, good experience with JavaScript, and hands-on experience using GitHub for version control. The ideal candidate for this position should have 6-10 years of overall development experience, prior experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer leading teams, experience working in a Product-based or SaaS environment, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.
