Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of software applications and systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project specifications and requirements. - Mentor and guide development team members in coding standards, design patterns, and tools. - Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovations. - Manage project timelines and assist in resource allocation. - Ensure timely delivery of technical documentation and project deliverables. Skills and Tools Required: - Proven experience in software development and architecture. - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js). - Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Understanding of cloud services and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
