Technical Lead (Mern stack)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Design, develop, and optimize scalable MERN Stack applications . Architect high-performance backend APIs and React-based frontends . Oversee the entire development cycle from planning to deployment . Implement best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps . Team Management Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software . Conduct code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups . Collaborate with designers, DevOps engineers, and product managers . Development & Optimization Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) . Optimize React components for performance, scalability, and security . Work with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure) . Security & Performance Ensure security best practices (JWT, OAuth, XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection prevention). Optimize the system for speed and scalability . Collaboration & Communication Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and manage project deadlines. Provide technical guidance on system architecture and design decisions . Role & responsibilities
