Job Description: As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a technical team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions which should be provided to the technical team in a documented manner. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement best practices to optimize performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leading Technical Team: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Preparing technical documentation and doing code reviews. 2. Project Experience: Oversee end-to-end application development and deployment, ensuring adherence to project timelines and requirements. Prepare technical design documents and participate in the development process, implementing best practices and standards. 3. Client Management: Manage and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Act as a liaison between the technical team and business analysts/clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives. 4. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Java development, with hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs and implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes. Possess an understanding of ETL, databases, and web servers, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues. Familiarity with Git or other source control systems, including experience in code reviews and implementing coding standards. 5. Additional Skills: Experience with data modeling and UML, with the ability to design and optimize database structures. Knowledge of Oracle ADF for application development and front-end development experience using modern frameworks will be a plus point. Familiarity with WebLogic, SOA, and BPM technologies, with a willingness to explore and adapt to different technological landscapes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Years of experience leading technical teams and delivering complex projects. Strong proficiency in Java development, REST APIs, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis. Experience working with clients, managing expectations, and providing technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
