Technical Lead - Java React

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead - Java React at CitiusTech, you will play a crucial role in understanding business requirements, researching, developing, and testing applications. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership during software development, collaborating with the development team, developing and implementing user interface components, troubleshooting interface software, and leading a team of 5-6 members. You will also be responsible for documenting application changes, debugging, enabling performance tuning, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business requirements and generate solutions - Research, construct, develop, debug, and test applications - Provide technical leadership during software development - Collaborate with the development team on user interface ideas and applications - Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts - Troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes - Lead a team of 5-6 members - Document application changes and develop updates - Debug and enable performance tuning in applications - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve timely results - Identify improvement areas in applications and provide solutions - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Qualifications Required: - Experience: 5-7 years - Location: Chennai - Educational Qualifications: Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc - Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable - Mandatory Technical Skills: - Backend: Java 7/8/11, JUnit, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Service API, Microservices - Frontend: ReactJS, React Hooks, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, Jest unit testing framework - DB: PL/SQL, Oracle 11g - OS: Windows, Linux - Good organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to meet deadlines - Planning, organizing, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Ability to quickly understand new processes with attention to detail - Experience working with business/IT users to understand requirements and write technical specifications Happy applying for this exciting opportunity at CitiusTech!,
