Roles and responsibilities ⮚ Assist / undertake various audits including BIS, Control / Non-key control checks, OSHAS, ISO, Fire, Energy, Risk & Governance (Internal / External). ⮚ Procurement board documents preparations and submissions on monthly basis. ⮚ Capital investment planning, engagements and executions ⮚ Owning various Project Transitions / Expansions / restacks. ⮚ Managing / updating complete asset register. Global Change notes procedure for replacement & frequencies amendments to be followed. ⮚ Major activity w.r.t Annual power down once a year. The activity requires scheduling/ planning/ engaging with around 40 Barclays’ user groups, preparing power down presentations, follow up meetings and approval. Engaging with all the associated contractor partner, landlord teams & risk assessment. Post power down / Postmortem report submission & auctioning. ⮚ Reporting change request and out of line incidents to stake holders for acceptance on weekly basis. ⮚ Post PPM, the audit to check the authenticity of carried out PPMs and uploading of document in field flex/Tririga being carried out in the subsequent month. Around 200 PPM activities being audited on a monthly basis. ⮚ Updating & managing risks. The document to be updated as and when required. ⮚ Engagements with all the contractor partners and landlords on quarterly basis. ⮚ Carry out various Global environmental initiatives, including Earth hour etc. This event requires proper planning, engagements with respective stakeholders and execution. ⮚ Calculations & Submissions of fugitive emission counts on yearly basis for the location. ⮚ Updating & uploading various reports & presentations on share drive, including Load management / interim load management, utility costs, toolbox, contracts management, critical spares inventory, incidents, Risks, MRMs, ECRs, Cube reporting, contacts update, Building portfolio & SOP/ EOP etc. ⮚ Planning major activities and engaging with all the stakeholders to agree on dates and plans. ⮚ Preparing & filing all the Statutory documents w.r.t Engineering & Environment. ⮚ WAR (Weekly Activity Call) with regional team and follow-up with regional team for acceptance the change request ⮚ Operation assurance call with client & Engineering head for site related issues. ⮚ Walk around on facility on weekly basis to follow SOS initiative as an energy saving measure and follow-up with LL for various kinds of statutory compliance documents.
