Technical Lead - Industrial Automation

Job Description

Design, develop, and program PLC, HMI and SCADA for automation systems in manufacturing or industrial applications. Perform troubleshooting and debugging of PLC, HMI and SCADA programs to resolve system faults and improve system performance. Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages (Structured Text, Ladder Logic, Function Block, etc.), HMI and SCADA. Experience with communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Bacnet, Profibus, DeviceNet, RS-232, RS-485 & RS-422. Coordinate design activities with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless integration, especially in compliance with industry-specific regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA). Validation Documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and Compliance. Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to gather system requirements and deliver customized automation solutions Good Knowledge on electrical drawing Experience on site commissioning and customer coordination Gather customer requirements and develop related applications and programs Provide technical leadership require for project implementation through design and code reviews, ensuring best technical practices are applied Database querying (MS SQL and My SQL) and third-party communication Must have good verbal and written communication skills Should be a quick learner with sound logical abilities
