Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead located in Gurgaon, India. The Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and reliable applications using Golang, Python, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies. The role involves mentoring team members, guiding engineering practices, implementing best practices for cloud-native architectures, and contributing to innovative software design solutions. The Technical Lead will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful product delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang and Python
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration technologies
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development
• Strong understanding of software architecture design and microservices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline development and DevOps practices
• Excellent skills in team leadership, project management, and collaboration
• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to optimize system performance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in networking or telecommunications industries is a plus
