We're looking for a Technical Lead to guide our development team, design scalable solutions, and drive high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of web applications.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, QA, Product) to deliver projects on time.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance team performance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Front-end: React.js / Angular / Vue.js / Nest.js
• Strong Back-end: Node.js / Python / Java / .NET
• Database Expertise: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• Experience with RESTful APIs / GraphQL
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, AWS/Azure is a plus.
