Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead at CoreCard Software, Inc. located in Bhopal. The Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing system and software design, managing development projects, leading technical teams, and ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable software solutions. The role includes mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of the technical aspects of project delivery.

Qualifications

Strong experience in software development and system design
Leadership skills, including team management and mentorship
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or similar
Familiarity with database management and SQL
Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
