TECHNICAL LEAD

Having close to 10+ years Proven experience as a software engineer or architect in building CI/CD Pipelines ? Design and implement a roadmap for adopting DevOps methodologies, tools, and practices. ? Infrastructure provisioning using IaC with prior experience in Terraform, Ansible, Terraform, AWS, Azure and Kubernetes ?
Act as a bridge between development, operations, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals. ? Manage infrastructure provisioning and scaling, whether on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or on-premises. ? Establish guidelines for CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), monitoring, and automation. ? Proficiency in CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI or similar systems ? Create processes for rapid incident detection, escalation, and resolution. ? Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk or similar ? Experience using scripting languages and configuration-as-code best practices for automation and to create end-to-end solutions ? Ability to write automation using one or more common scripting/programming languages such as Java, Ruby, Python, Perl, HTML, cmake, YAML, JSON, or JavaScript ? Experience integrating security practices into all stages of the software development lifecycle ? Implement tools for securely managing sensitive data and credentials. ? Perform testing, troubleshooting and bug fixing on Linux and Windows operating systems to address code and deployment errors. ? Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools and technologies to enhance the organization?s tech stack. ? Experiment with new methodologies and strategies to improve DevOps processes and practices. ? Review maintain up-to-date documentation for pipelines, infrastructure configurations, and processes.
