Position: Tech Lead Experience: 8+ Years Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable applications. Provide technical guidance to a team of developers and ensure high-quality deliverables. Solution-Oriented Development: Use ASP.NET Core/Standard 7 , Angular 17 , and SQL Server to build and maintain enterprise-grade applications. Leverage the best technologies and methodologies to deliver high-performing solutions with the lowest possible cost. Cloud and Cost Optimization: Architect, deploy, and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure , ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency. Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance performance while minimizing expenses. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment with regular team discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and product managers. Adaptability and Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices, ensuring innovative and future-ready solutions. Be open to exploring and adopting new tools and frameworks to achieve the best results. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment. Provide stakeholders with project updates, timelines, and risk assessments. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core/Standard 7 . Proficiency in Angular 17 for building interactive and scalable front-end applications. Expertise in SQL Server , including performance tuning and database management. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services, such as Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps. Solution-Oriented Mindset: Self-motivated and driven to explore innovative solutions that align with business goals. Ability to adopt and integrate new technologies that deliver optimal results with minimal costs. Leadership and Development Practices: Proven track record in leading and mentoring technical teams. Expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and server-side rendering (SSR) in Angular. Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
