As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision, leading a small engineering team, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Youll work closely with the product, design, and business teams to build cutting-edge solutions that align with the companys goals. In this role, you will balance hands-on development with team leadership and guide the team through complex technical challenges. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the companys technology stack, scaling our product, and driving innovation. Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment. Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in two or more programming languages/frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java) and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Angular, Django, Spring Boot). Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure), microservices, and modern architecture patterns is essential. Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical problems and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills. Ability to inspire and motivate engineers to perform at their best. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with various teams.
