Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Lead to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge testing product . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in Angular and Python , and expertise in API development and integration . You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving technical decisions, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of the testing product using Angular and Python . Architect and implement scalable and maintainable solutions Guide the team in best practices for software development , including code reviews, testing, and performance optimization . Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps, to align technical solutions with business objectives. Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the application. Mentor and upskill team members to foster technical growth. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Angular, Python, and API development . Manage project timelines, task allocations, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or technical lead role. Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions) and Python . Experience in using RESTful API development, integration, and security best practices . Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with Angular-based front-end components(angular 13+), ensuring seamless data flow between the server and client. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to propose design concepts or refine existing ones, and translate these ideas into functional front-end components using Angular Lead the design, development, and deployment of application using Angular for front-end and Python(flask) for back-end, ensuring high performance and scalability Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of technical features within established timelines. Knowledge of tool like POSTMAN Solid understanding of frontend development principles , including state management, component-based architecture, and performance optimization . Backend expertise in Python frameworks for building scalable applications. Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of automated testing strategies and tools for API and UI testing.
