Requirements

We are hiring a Tech Lead to drive technical execution within Agile PODs. You'll mentor engineers, ensure timely delivery, and bridge architecture with implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide technical teams
Enforce coding standards and best practices
Drive Agile POD execution and task ownership
Collaborate with Architects & Product Owners
Translate designs into technical tasks
Mentor junior engineers
Oversee planning, coding, testing & deployment
Identify process improvements & implement automation

Required Skills

6+ years of experience in software development
Expertise in Java, Angular, Python
Strong DB knowledge: MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL
Proficient in AWS cloud services
Familiar with Agile & POD-based models
Excellent problem-solving & mentoring skills
