Technical Lead - Angular & (Java or Python)

This role is for one of Weekday's clients. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for driving technical execution within Agile PODs. Your duties will include mentoring engineers, ensuring timely delivery, and bridging architecture with implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Leading and guiding technical teams - Enforcing coding standards and best practices - Driving Agile POD execution and task ownership - Collaborating with Architects & Product Owners - Translating designs into technical tasks - Mentoring junior engineers - Overseeing planning, coding, testing & deployment - Identifying process improvements & implementing automation Required Skills: - Minimum 6 years of experience in software development - Expertise in Java, Angular, Python - Strong database knowledge including MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL - Proficiency in AWS cloud services - Familiarity with Agile & POD-based models - Excellent problem-solving & mentoring skills If you have the required experience and skills, and are looking to work in Bangalore or Chennai on a full-time basis, this opportunity may be a great fit for you.,
