Position title: Technical Lead

Position Details: The candidate should have strong technical skills and experience of managing teams and projects end to end and client interactions. The position entails providing guidance and oversight to, as well as lead and manage a team of technical professionals encompassing software developers, designers and testers, for some of the most state of the art technology platforms.

• Knowledge and experience on Blockchain, AI will be preferred.
• Willingness to pick up skills and knowledge around Blockchain and AI is a pre- requisite in this role, in absence of prior knowledge and experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build, coach and mentor teams.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Mode of Work: Should be local of Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur or the required job location as necessary.

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or equivalent, BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc - IT

Team Leadership and Management:

• Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Technical Strategy and QA:

• Hands-on in frontend and backend technologies like Core Java, Microservices, API, HTML, JavaScript, Node etc.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on business operations.
• Evaluate existing systems, processes, and infrastructure, and recommend improvements or enhancements to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable technical solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of technical systems, code repositories, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement security measures and protocols to protect sensitive data and mitigate cybersecurity risks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
