We seek an experienced Technical IT Recruiter to fill IT positions in the USA and India

Position Overview:

As a Technical IT Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent. You will manage the entire recruiting process, focusing on sourcing, technical screening, and candidate assessment for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to evaluate various technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring experience from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Conduct pre-screening and in-depth interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Design and administer relevant technical tests or coding challenges as needed.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine technical and cultural fit criteria.
• Build relationships with passive and active candidates to grow a robust talent network.
• Partner with internal teams to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on recruiting trends and tools to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter,
• Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions.
• Strong understanding of programming languages and tools,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the US ET zone ( UTC/GMT-5/-4)
