Job Description

We are seeking experienced Technical IT recruiter with a minimum 5-8yrs experience. The ideal candidate should be able to do the following:

Talent Sourcing & Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Infra, Networking, and Support-related roles.
  • Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates from portals, social platforms, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate experience, technical exposure, communication skills, and cultural fit.

Candidate Pipeline & Process Management

  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring & niche infra/networking skill sets.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor hiring progress.

Industry & Role Understanding

  • Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure skill sets such as:
  • Network Engineering (LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching, Firewalls)
  • System Administration (Windows/Linux)
  • VMware & Virtualization
  • Backups & Storage
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Support
  • IT Helpdesk & Service Desk
  • Stay updated with hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in the Infra & Networking domain.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment with a focus on IT Infra & Networking roles.
  • Strong knowledge of infra-based technical skill sets and ability to screen resumes beyond keywords.
  • Experience hiring Network Engineers, System Admins, VMware/Windows Engineers, Storage/Backup Specialists, and similar roles.
  • Excellent sourcing skills on job portals, LinkedIn, social channels, and internal referral sourcing.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Professional, confident, and candidate experience-focused.

Preference would be given to candidates from IT / System Integration companies.
