Must-Have Skills Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, server management, and production environments Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects. Work with relational databases and integrate applications with back-end systems. Knowledge Docker, CI/CD is preferred Relevant fintech domain experience Good-to-Have Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues Team collaboration Academic Qualifications: Graduated in Related Field Key Performance Indicators Production Migration: Plan, execute, and oversee production migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. L2 Support Team Management: Lead and manage the L2 support team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective issue resolution. Post-Production Handover: Coordinate post-production handover activities, ensuring knowledge transfer and smooth transition to the support team. Infrastructure Planning: Forecast server/infrastructure requirements for project go-live, collaborating with IT infrastructure teams to ensure adequate resources. IT Infrastructure Coordination: Work closely with IT infrastructure teams to plan, design, and implement infrastructure solutions that meet project requirements. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, technical leads, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and issue resolution. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with teams to ensure timely resolution.
