Job Description:

We’re seeking a skilled Technical Helpdesk Administrator to provide first-level IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage user access across Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced with modern IT infrastructure and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
Troubleshoot Windows 11, hardware, and peripheral issues
Manage Active Directory (2012+), including Azure policies and OU management
Support Office 365 and Microsoft Azure environments
Handle endpoint security tools and patch management
Use PowerShell for basic scripting and automation tasks
Maintain detailed logs and escalate complex issues as needed

Requirements:

4–7 years in IT support/helpdesk roles
Working knowledge of AD, Office 365, Azure, and networking concepts
Familiar with ITIL processes, LDAP, ADFS, NTLM, and PowerShell
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
