Job Description

10-15 years of experience , minimum 4 years experience in electric vehicles battery space , min 4 years experience in Lead NPD role . Extensive knowledge of product development methodologies, softwares CAD, CAE, PLM etc Ensure products get certified with respect to various compliance requirements like AIS , UN38.3 etc Attend important client / investor meetings and defend technical capabilities of the company. Patents and papers published would be an added advantage. Should have managed a team of min 15 R&D engineers and managers. Open to travel national and international. International exposure / working experience is a plus. Should have at least 3 relevant reference Open to work in the city : Bangalore and visit manufacturing facilities when needed.
