Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Head located in Indore. The Technical Head will oversee the technical aspects of the company's projects and solutions, provide technical guidance, and ensure the delivery of optimized quality solutions. Responsibilities include managing technical teams, providing technical support, conducting training sessions, and ensuring the efficiency of technical operations. The role also includes the coordination and collaboration with other departments to align technical strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple web development projects.Manage and mentor a team of 20–30 engineers and project staff.Ensure timely, high-quality project execution aligned with business goals.Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to streamline delivery.Drive technical innovation and bring AI integration where applicable. Required Skills:8–15 years of experience in software development, with strong web tech expertise (e.g., .NET, PHP, Angular, React, Node.js).Proven leadership in delivery and team management.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project governance.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Bonus: Experience with AI/ML technologies.
