Frontend Developer - Enhancements & Support

TenTwenty is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive developer to join our team, responsible for implementing enhancements, fixing bugs, and ensuring the smooth functionality of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and solid problem-solving abilities to effectively tackle technical challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Location : Porvorim, Goa

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and implement enhancement requests from internal teams or clients.
• Maintain and improve websites built on various CMS platforms (e.g., Concrete, WordPress, Strapi, Shopify).
• Debug, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly while ensuring high code quality.
• Ensure optimal front-end and back-end performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, support teams, and developers to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Provide technical support for escalated issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage and execute content enhancements and updates.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to development best practices.

Must have :

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Solid hands-on experience with Next.js and React.
• Familiar with version control systems like Git or Bitbucket.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read, understand, and enhance existing codebases efficiently.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization best practices.

Good to have :

• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like Concrete and Strapi.
• Experience working with PHP.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience using advanced debugging tools and techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
