Job Description

Role & responsibilities Visit customer locations to inspect and resolve quality-related issues with zippers. Conduct on-site evaluations to identify technical or manufacturing defects and suggest solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring product quality meets expectations. Collaborate with internal teams (CSD, Quality, Operations) to resolve complaints effectively and promptly. Maintain detailed reports of visits, observations, and actions taken. Stay updated on product developments and technical advancements in zipper technology. Preferred candidate profile Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions. Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Preference to Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field
