As a Product Lead at Order Fulfillment Technology, your role involves collaborating with Product Owners and leading a Product Team to deliver innovative solutions. You will be based in FBS, India and responsible for driving product modernization initiatives as part of the GTS GOaLS product roadmap. Your key responsibilities include: - Owning the backlog and leading the development of services - Modernizing the STRUTS based GOaLS Java application by 2026 - Fostering full-stack software engineering practices with a focus on service-oriented architecture and Micro Front End (MFE) using Agile methodologies - Managing dependencies with interfacing systems and addressing risks/issues - Conducting Agile ceremonies such as Stand-Ups, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming - Ensuring compliance with Governance, Risk and Controls (GRC) and other Security & Control requirements - Driving continuous improvement actions through waste elimination and automation - Guiding and coaching the Product team to ensure effectiveness and integrity - Creating a safe environment for experimentation and continuous learning In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you will also need to utilize metrics to shape and align work, anticipate demand, and facilitate open conversations within the team. Qualifications: - 5+ years of Software Engineering Manager expertise with a strong background in design and development - Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and manage product backlogs effectively - Technical proficiency in service-oriented architecture, APIs/Microservices, and experience with Google Cloud Platform - Proficiency in Java programming, databases like Postgres SQL and MS SQL/Oracle, Load/Performance testing, and A/B testing methodologies - Demonstrated DevSecOps mindset with experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and Tekton CI/CD deployment pipeline - Strong leadership skills in people management, team building, and coaching - Excellent communication skills and expertise in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Google Cloud Monitoring In summary, as a Product Lead at Order Fulfillment Technology, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions, driving product modernization, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
