Technical Engineer (Support & Enhancement)

Job Description

Role: Technical Engineer (Support) We are seeking a talented Technical Engineer with strong expertise in .Net Core and Angular to design, develop, and maintain web applications, while also providing support for troubleshooting and resolving issues in production environment. Location: Chennai (WFO) Experience: 4 - 7 years of technical experience Qualifications: Any graduate (Engineering will be preferred) Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for applications using .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and database performance bottlenecks. Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and improve system performance. Collaborate with development teams on bug fixes and feature enhancements. Maintain documentation and report on system performance. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for issue resolution. Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in .NET Core and Angular (Support - 70% & enhancement - 30%). Strong experience with SQL Server (querying, performance tuning). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and debugging production applications. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
