Technical Developer

Role Overview: As a MSD CRM Senior at EY, you will be responsible for deep hands-on knowledge of D365 CRM Configuration and customization within multiple CRM modules (Sales, Service, and Marketing). You will play a key role in designing the next generation digital architecture for CRM engagements and collaborating with client teams to understand business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design the next generation digital architecture for CRM engagements - Analyze and design phases of a project - Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions - Participate in application design sessions and make solution recommendations - Deep understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365 CRM - Configure and customize CRM application - Develop CRM Application using .Net Plugins/ASP.Net extensions - Ensure design is in line with business requirements - Work cooperatively in a team environment - Remain flexible on changing workloads Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience - Hands-on development experience writing plugins - Worked on large transformation programs in onshore offshore delivery model - Experience in client-facing engagements - Design and coding experience in skills viz. (Visual Studio, C# and IIS-Dynamics CRM) - Experience in agile delivery and deployment, continuous integration and build processes - Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 8+ years Additional Company Details: EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people, and society while building trust in the capital markets.
