Technical Delivery Manager

As a seasoned professional with 10-12 years of experience in IT Service Management, Cloud Operations, and Datacenter Operations, you will be responsible for leading the Internal Service Delivery Team at SNP Technologies. Your primary role will involve serving as the single point of contact for managed cloud operations within the organization, overseeing service delivery teams, and managing daily operations related to Incident, Change, Problem, and Escalation Management. In this position, you will be tasked with mentoring a team of 20+ members, including associates, engineers, senior engineers, and technical leads, to ensure technical growth within the Managed cloud operations framework. Additionally, you will be responsible for auditing operations to ensure compliance with ITIL and ITSM standards, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary actions to enhance service operations and processes. Your expertise in the latest cloud technologies and products will be essential in aligning technical team skills with industry trends. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in introducing new services within Managed services to attract new customers and enhance relationships with existing clients. Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will contribute to the development of innovative strategies for business growth. In your customer-facing responsibilities, you will be accountable for delivering cloud operations and meeting SLAs agreed upon with customers. Building and maintaining strong communication channels and technical relationships with clients will be crucial in showcasing the value proposition of services provided by the Cloud Operations team and supporting customers in expanding their Azure cloud presence. To excel in this role, you must possess prior experience in technical and people management within Managed Services, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in leading Cloud Operations Teams. Holding certifications such as ITIL 4 Strategic Leader, ITIL 4 Managing Professional, ITIL 4 Foundation, and Microsoft Azure Certifications (any two certifications from the specified list) will be advantageous in fulfilling the requirements of this challenging position.,
