Job Description

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to drive end-to-end delivery of SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 solutions. The role involves managing complex projects, guiding technical teams, ensuring solution quality, and collaborating with clients to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery for SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and M365 projects.
Oversee solution architecture, design, development, and implementation.
Ensure delivery excellence through governance, best practices, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution planning.
Mentor and guide development teams; perform technical reviews and provide oversight.
Manage project timelines, risks, resource planning, and budget adherence.
Drive modernization initiatives including migration, automation, and integration.
Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards across M365 environments.

Required Skills & Experience

1015 years of experience in technical delivery, including strong leadership experience.
Hands-on expertise in
SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
, and M365 services.
Strong understanding of
Azure AD
, governance, and security for M365.
Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations and migration projects.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
